About our mobile app
This policy covers both this website and the Mr. Pizza mobile app, so that the same information applies to you whichever way you order.
The Mr. Pizza mobile app is currently in development and is not yet available to download. When it launches it will be our own app, run by us, and it will collect and use your information in exactly the way described on this page. We will update this page before it launches.
What we collect
When you order from us, use the Mr. Pizza mobile app, or contact us, we may collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your delivery address
- your order details
- your email address, if you subscribe to our discount updates
Why we collect it
- To take your order, prepare it and deliver it to you.
- To contact you about your order.
- To process refunds or complaints.
- To send you discount updates, only if you subscribe.
Payments
Online payment is not yet available on this website, and the Mr. Pizza mobile app is still in development. When online payment opens, it will be the PayFast payment gateway (Avanza Premier Payment Services) that processes it. Your card or wallet details will be entered on the PayFast gateway and will not be stored by Mr. Pizza.
Until then, you pay cash on delivery, or you order by phone or WhatsApp, so we do not receive or hold any card or wallet details from you at all.
Who we share it with
- PayFast (Avanza Premier Payment Services), to process your payment, once online payment opens.
- Our delivery riders, who receive the details needed to deliver your order.
- Banks, payment partners, or authorities, when we are required to by law or by our payment partner agreement.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Once online transactions begin, we will keep records of them for at least two years, as required by our payment partner agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details, or to stop sending you discount updates, at any time. Contact us using the details below.
