Where are you located?
We have 2 branches: Abbottabad — Mr Plaza, Opp AMC, Mandian, Abbottabad; Mansehra — K.K Plaza, near Saadi CNG, Upper Channai, Abbottabad Road, Mansehra.

Do you offer home delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on a minimum order of Rs. 999.
How long does delivery take?
Our usual delivery time is 30 to 40 minutes.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Home delivery is free on every order, whatever the order value and how far the address is from us.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
Rs. 999.
What do you sell?
Pizzas, burgers and sandwiches, crispy chicken, rice and Chinese dishes, wraps and rolls, and steak and pasta. See the full menu on our Menu page.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Is there a Mr. Pizza mobile app?
Yes, our Mr. Pizza mobile app is currently in development and is not yet available to download. It will support online payment through PayFast, alongside cash on delivery. We will announce it when it launches.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash on delivery, or order by phone or WhatsApp. Online payment through PayFast, which supports card, bank account and mobile wallet payments, is coming to our Mr. Pizza mobile app.
Is my payment safe?
There is no online payment on this website at the moment, so we never ask for or store your card details. When PayFast online payment opens in our Mr. Pizza mobile app, your card details will be entered on the PayFast gateway and will not be stored by Mr. Pizza.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Whether it can be cancelled depends on whether we have started preparing it.
What if my order is wrong, late or poor quality?
Contact us. If you are not satisfied with the quality, or you did not receive your order after the delivery time, we will refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Can I return food?
We do not accept returns of delivered food in good order because it is perishable, but we will fix any problem with your order. See our Return Policy.
Do you have a loyalty card?
Yes, Mr. Pizza has a members' loyalty card. Ask us for details.
